A quick exploration of the use and application of Microphones and small PA systems
This workshop will take a look, in a very, ‘hands-on’ & user friendly way, at the set up and function of a PA system and cover some of these topics:- What the different components do,
- How to set up the equipment,
- What is feedback and how to avoid it,
- Getting the best sound
- How a microphone works
- Good microphone technique,
- Listening to get good sound,
- Answering puzzling questions.
Should be a HOOT!
It will be followed up with a free choice singalong from the Ukulele Club Songbook Volume 1.
